Responsibilities:

The Licensed Clinical Supervisor provides licensed clinical oversight to clinical programs and staff during treatment team meetings. Oversee all aspects of service delivery for clinical programs. Provide clinical training as needed. Provide clinical supervision for staff pursuing professional licensure as assigned and agreed upon.

  • Provide clinical orientation and training, as needed, to staff.
  • Provide individual clinical supervision to staff.
  • Provide clinical oversight in day-to-day treatment of clients to include client crises.
  • Provide clinical supervision during treatment team meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with evidence-based treatment protocols.
  • Assist, as needed, in reviewing and ensuring clinical documentation is complete and submitted in established timelines.
  • Review for clinical integrity and sign treatment plans, assessments, discharge summaries, and any additional documentation needing licensed oversight and signatures.
  • Complete all documentation and reports as required according to company standards.
  • Provide clinical supervision for licensure to staff pursuing professional licensure and submit required documentation required by licensing boards.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in human services discipline, including, but not limited to: Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Counseling, Criminal Justice, etc.) and 3 or more years of experience working with children (experience can include internships, volunteer work, etc.).
  • Must hold current professional license in state as a: LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LCP, or other recognized professional license in state in the behavioral health care field.
  • Experience in supervising staff preferred.
  • Licensed and active Licensed-Eligible preferred.
