Job Type: Full time / On-siteSchedule: Monday - Friday: 8am-5pm
Salary: $17 - $20 / hour.
Location: Wiscasset, ME.

Job Summary:Customer service representatives are the voice of the business. You'll be interacting with customers on a wide range of troubleshooting and customer support issues. This is a position where you will always be learning and growing. It can be both fun and challenging, but no two days will be the same.
The ideal candidate will feel a sense of reward assisting clients day-to-day, with this critical life safety devices. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, answering phone calls, monitoring and responding to customer emails in a timely manner and researching/answering customer inquiries.

What You’ll Do:
- Answer incoming customer calls for a customer base of 12k+
- Follow up with customers as needed.
- Review daily alarm activity reports.
- Basic alarm system troubleshooting.
What You’ll Need:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and switch gears quickly throughout the day without losing details.
- A positive attitude and excellent communication skills are essential.
- Ability to develop solutions for customers through phone/email communications.
- Customer service experience. Phone experience is a plus.
- Microsoft suite experience and ability to learn our CRM System.
Pay Range: USD $17.00 - USD $20.00 /Hr.
