Financial Analyst
Overview:
We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our team! This is an in-office position on Long Island.

Responsibilities:
The Finance and Operations Analyst is critical to every employee and every client of PEO Spectrum as every case we work on will pass through your desk. Serving as the hub between our sales team and our partners, the Finance and Operations Analyst must have experience working in a professional environment, managing key relationships, multi-tasking to meet client deadlines, and creating perfect financial analysis reports.You will be joining of a team of existing analysts who will provide training, mentorship, and support. The goal is to become a Senior Analyst within 12-24 months. Senior analysts enjoy a hybrid office/work from home job, earn $100,000+ per year, and are eligible for substantial bonuses.
Daily activities include:
- Building Financial Analysis for Clients
- Developing Comparative Reports for Clients
- RFP Creation & Quote Procurement
- Creating Systems to Organize Company Workflow
- Managing expectations and deadlines for internal sales team as well as partners
Qualifications:
- *Must be proficient on Microsoft Excel* where most of our analysis is performed.
- Must be tech-savvy and have experience creating data-driven reports - experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM a major plus.
- Must have proven track-record working successfully within team environment and experience working with people and clients.
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.

Compensation for the Finance and Operations Analyst:
- Competitive Salary: $45,000-$60,000, depending on experience
