The Operations Supervisor will play a critical role in optimizing workflow, managing resources, and achieving production targets. The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of experienced leading teams of 150-300 employees, is safety oriented and is proficient with on time delivery!
salary: $90,000 - $123,000 per yearshift: First

Responsibilities- Utilize skills, work hours, materials, and workflow to achieve production and quality objectives.
- Exchange timely information with other supervisors to ensure smooth interdepartmental product flow
- Instruct, train, orient, motivate, and assist employees to achieve production and quality objectives.
- Provide information and assist managers, research and development, and mechanics in diagnosing tooling and equipment malfunctions
- Initiate efforts to reduce costs, simplify work processes, and improve methods or equipment
- Collaborate with all areas to implement world-class techniques, reduce fixed costs, connect production, and implement preventative maintenance
- Plan, direct, and control activities related to manufacturing operations, including safety, production, quality, lean manufacturing, interplant procurement, customer service, finance, and human resources.
- Define department strategy and initiatives aligned with the company's goals.
- Champion Lean Manufacturing Initiatives to drive continuous improvement throughout the plant.
- Lead department activities for fostering a high-performance work culture and talent management.
- Promote collaboration, diversity, and inclusion within the plant and the organization.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required. Equivalent experience and skills can be substituted for education.
- + 3 years of manufacturing operations leadership experience, overseeing 100-300 hourly employees.
