The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ongoing facility maintenance and timely repairs of equipment to ensure a safe and functional environment. This role involves inspecting buildings, addressing safety concerns, and performing preventative maintenance on production equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine inspections of buildings to identify and address safety hazards, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on machinery, plumbing, heating systems, and electrical wiring.
• Address plumbing issues, such as leaks or damaged fixtures, to prevent water damage and ensure functionality.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical wiring issues, including shortages or severed wires.
• Maintain and repair HVAC systems to ensure effective climate control in the facility.
• Carry out general maintenance tasks, such as repairing windows, doors, and light fixtures.
• Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
• Fix potential safety hazards to create a secure working environment.
• Paint walls and perform minor aesthetic repairs to maintain building appearance.
• Take on additional maintenance tasks as assigned to support facility operations.
