LEGAL INTAKE SPECIALIST / LEGAL ASSISTANT

Job Description- Potential New Client
- Potential new client phone calls
- Must be available to be on call after hours
- Ambassador of first impressions with clients
- Client intake and initial contact
- Opening all new files and enter pertinent information into SmartAdvocate/case management system and preparing initial letters
- Gather and analyze intake information and relevant documents.
- Gathering facts and claim-related information from potential new clients
- Transferring new potential new client calls to attorneys
- New Clients
- Initial organization of a case
- Organizing the case's electronic files
- Inputting client related information into our potential new client lead system
- Exporting new client information from lead system to case management system
- Completing comprehensive case intake with new client once contract is signed
- Ensuring client files are complete and initial letters are sent out
- Experience in customer service, inside sales or personal injury law
- Spanish fluency is a plus
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience with Lead Docket a plus
- Extensive computer and data entry skills are required.
- You must be able to track and monitor the progress of each inquiry.
- This job requires that you do more than just follow a script:
