The role is based in Lititz, PA, and requires travel within the Lancaster area, utilizing a company-provided vehicle. This is a first-shift position with competitive hourly compensation and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct diagnostic evaluations, routine maintenance, and repairs on commercial HVAC systems, including rooftop units, split systems, and other industrial-grade equipment.
• Respond promptly and professionally to service requests, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.
• Collaborate with clients to identify needs and recommend solutions, enhancing the performance and longevity of HVAC systems.
• Complete detailed service reports and communicate findings to clients and internal teams as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain cleanliness on job sites.
• Manage time effectively to complete multiple service calls per day with a high standard of workmanship.
