Marketing Assistant

The role will require flexible scheduling, including the potential for 1st and 2nd shift work as well as occasional weekend commitments.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and organization of blood drive events, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to timelines.
• Act as a point of contact for blood drive coordinators at partner businesses, maintaining clear communication and addressing any queries or issues that arise.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and distribute promotional materials for blood drives and other events.
• Manage customer accounts, monitoring activity and taking appropriate action as needed.
• Handle direct marketing campaigns through various channels, including email marketing.
• Maintain accurate records of customer credit and process credit applications efficiently.
• Utilize skills in account management and maintenance to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Schedule and coordinate events, ensuring all aspects are organized and executed smoothly.
• Handle event coordination tasks, including logistics, vendor management, and post-event evaluations.
• Utilize key account management skills to build and maintain relationships with major clients and stakeholders. • Proficient in Email Marketing strategies and tools
• Experience in executing Direct Marketing Campaigns
• Capable of managing and maintaining key accounts
• Ability to handle Account Management tasks efficiently
• Skilled in Scheduling and Coordinating Events
• Knowledgeable in Event Coordination and handling
• Prior experience in the Non-Profit sector is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients and team members
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field is preferred.
