Sales + Procurement Coordinator

Your role will also involve maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely and efficient order processing.

• Manage daily, weekly, and monthly inventories, ensuring sufficient quantities for needs
• Prepare and distribute inventory reports for plants and upper management
• Track product movement and complete inventory release forms for bookkeeping purposes
• Communicate with suppliers to schedule deliveries and resolve issues related to shortages, late or missed deliveries
• Respond to inquiries from customers, suppliers, offsite storage facilities, and plant sites regarding order status, changes, cancellations, and diversions
• Update purchase orders for suppliers, customers, and offsite storages in SAGE software
• Maintain and review purchasing, inventory reports, and price lists files
• Track the status of orders and outstanding Bill of Ladings
• Verify shipments upon arrival to ensure that orders have been filled correctly and that goods meet specifications
• Calculate the costs of orders, and forward invoices to appropriate accounts. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required for data management and analysis
• Experience in order entry for accurate and efficient processing of sales and procurement transactions
• Familiarity with Sage Software for seamless integration and management of business processes
• Ability to maintain adequate inventory levels to meet customer demands and avoid stockouts
• Experience in managing approved invoices to ensure timely payments and accurate record keeping
