HR Generalist

We are currently looking for a dedicated Human Resources Generalist. The successful candidate will play a key role in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. You will undertake a wide range of HR tasks, including setting standards and objectives for performance, recruiting and managing company talent, fostering a positive working environment and ensuring our HR procedures are in compliance with legal regulations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with our business goals.
- Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard new staff.
- Conduct employee performance reviews.
- Develop and oversee training and development programs.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are in compliance with all laws and regulations.
- Manage workplace conflicts and assist in creating procedures for dispute resolution.
- Support the management team in fostering a healthy workplace environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field; Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Human Resources Generalist or similar role.
- Good knowledge of employment laws and best practices.
- Experience in project management; HR certification will be a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
