Food Quality Inspector
Our cake company is looking for a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our cake manufacturing team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting cakes and baked goods to ensure they meet company and industry quality standards before packaging and distribution. Requirements:
- Experience in quality control, food manufacturing, or a related field preferred
- Knowledge of food safety regulations (HACCP, GMP) is a plus
- Attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities- Conduct visual and physical inspections of cakes to ensure consistency in size, shape, texture, and decoration
- Check ingredients, packaging, and labeling for accuracy and compliance with food safety regulations
- Monitor baking and cooling processes to maintain quality standards
- Document inspection results and report any defects or deviations
- Work closely with production and packaging teams to address quality concerns
- Follow food safety and hygiene protocols at all times
