We are in the process of recruiting a Spanish Bilingual Operations Specialist for one of our clients. The selected candidate will be a critical part of our team, providing support to our users and handling various tasks. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the initial point of contact for prospective students, guiding them through the platform and assisting them with any technical difficulties.
• Manage inbound communication channels such as email and live chat during operational hours.
• Ensure all interactions with prospective students and current students are accurately recorded in our CRM and email systems.
• Provide assistance in resolving general benefit and education inquiries.
• Process and manage request tickets and other administrative activities as required.
• Offer support for platform processes and handle exception requests when necessary.
• Coordinate with the appropriate teams or individuals for further service needs.
• Maintain a calm and courteous demeanor in high-pressure situations, managing to navigate tense circumstances effectively.
• Utilize case management tools proficiently, with Salesforce being a plus.
• Balance multiple tasks simultaneously, even in the face of frequent interruptions.
• Learn and adhere to standard operating procedures and practices.
• MUST BE SPANISH BILINGUAL
• Proficiency in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software, preferably Salesforce Platform, is required.
• Demonstrated experience in data processing is essential.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary.
• Knowledge of compliance regulations and procedures applicable to the operations domain is mandatory.
• Basic office skills, including the use of standard office equipment and software, are required.
• A strong background in customer service is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in email correspondence and phone etiquette is needed.
• Experience in academic advising or a similar field is a plus.
