Accounts Receivable Clerk

This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

• Ensure efficient and accurate processing of customer credit applications.
• Maintain and update customer credit records consistently.
• Manage communication with customers for dunning activities and follow-ups.
• Analyze Accounts Receivable and execute dunning activities.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance accounts receivable processes.
• Support the implementation of automated dunning from the ERP when applicable.
• Assist with the reconciliation of accounts receivable between local and Group ERP.
• Handle Concur Expense/credit card processing.
• Aid in closing activities and perform ad hoc analysis and tasks.
• Monitor customer accounts and execute necessary actions. • Proficiency in Accounts Receivable (AR) processes and procedures, demonstrating a clear understanding of the role's responsibility in managing incoming payments.
• Experience with Cash Applications, ensuring accurate and timely recording of payments received.
• Previous involvement in B2B collections, indicating strong negotiation and communication skills in dealing with clients.
• Familiarity with NetSuite software, highlighting technical competencies and ability to adapt to specific tools used in the industry.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, showcasing ability to manage, analyze and report financial data efficiently.
