Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing.
- Help with ambulation, positioning, and mobility, including range of motion exercises.
- Support with feeding, hydration, and toileting needs.
- Maintain resident safety and privacy at all times.
- Adhere to infection control procedures.
- Report any significant changes in resident care to licensed personnel.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of current LNA experience.
- Must be willing to float to different units as needed.
- Prior travel and rural facility experience is highly preferred.
Additional Notes:
- Covid vaccination series and booster are required; exemptions are not accepted.
- Must be available to work July 4th and Labor Day, including the weekends before these holidays, if scheduled.
- No more than 5 days of requested time off (RTO) will be accepted.
