Construction project manager
Job Summary: We are seeking a Commercial Project Manager with strong experience in South Florida’s construction landscape. The ideal candidate will oversee commercial construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a deep understanding of local regulations, permitting processes, and industry best practices. Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management, with a strong focus on South Florida markets.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, including retail, office, hospitality, and mixed-use developments.
- strong understanding of South Florida zoning laws, permitting requirements, and environmental regulations.
- Proficiency in project management software (Procore, Buildertrend, MS Project, etc.).
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- OSHA certification preferred; PMP or GC license is a plus.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of commercial construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and government agencies to ensure seamless project progression.
- Oversee procurement, subcontract negotiations, and material management.
- Monitor job site safety, quality control, and compliance with South Florida building codes and regulations.
- Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining schedules and budgets.
- Prepare and present project reports, updates, and cost analyses to stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and efficiency.
