Job Description:
This position is full-time onsite in Jefferson City, MO- Provides a front receptionist friendly face that will assist in letting visitors into the suite for meetings.
- Opening and closing the front area at the beginning and end of the day, which includes unlocking all cabinets for safety purposes.
- If supplies are low, responsible for relaying this update to the fulfilment team.
- Tasks include opening all the incoming mail to research where it may go.
- Looking up workers compensation claimant information to the correct assigned adjuster as well as forwarding incoming faxes to the correct adjuster.
- Re-routing mail delivered to the incorrect suite.
- Scanning all medical bills daily that need to be sent for re-pricing.
- Answering phone calls on a bill status line to update providers on the status of medical payments for workers compensation needs.
- Assisting with administrative support work for the workers compensation adjusters which may be filing paperwork, labeling medical records or forwarding faxes the office receives.
- Answering emails with medical providers to provide bill payment status.
- If over 21, responsible for signing packages delivered for FLEET and CARO.
Qualifications:
- Years of experience: 1-2 years clerical, administrative, receptionist.
- Education: HS diploma
- Skillset: Organizational skills, friendly/good communication, able to multitask

Compensation depends on the applicable US geographic market. The expected base pay for this position ranges from $13.00 - $18.00 hourly, and will be based on a number of additional factors including skills, experience, and education.
