We are looking for a proficient Bookkeeper to join our team in Sherman Oaks, California. In this role, you will be working in the CPA industry, managing financial records and client communications. Responsibilities:
- Handle bookkeeping duties to ensure accurate financial records
- Carry out account reconciliation tasks to align financial data
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) to maintain financial fluidity
- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy
- Engage in client communication to ensure transparency and satisfaction
- Review and keep client files up to date to support client needs
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for data entry and financial tasks
- Conduct month end close activities to finalize financial transactions
- Use Docyt software (not required) for efficient financial management and record keeping.
- Proven experience in Account Reconciliation, ensuring all financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Proficiency in managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), including invoicing, payment processing, and debt collection.
- Experience in conducting Bank Reconciliations to validate company financial records.
- Strong knowledge and experience in Bookkeeping, maintaining accurate financial records for the company.
- Proficient in Data Entry, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Demonstrated ability in using Microsoft Excel for financial data management and analysis.
- Experience in Month End Close procedures, ensuring all financial data is accurate and complete for monthly reporting.
- Docyt software (not required) for managing and maintaining financial records.
- Strong skills in Client Communications, with the ability to effectively discuss and resolve financial matters with clients.
