Production Manufacturing Engineer

Strong hands-on mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills required.

• Apply basic engineering principles and technical skills in support of Manufacturing and Testing
• Create production Routings, Bill of Materials, and Specifications
• Conduct standard tests and measurements; analyze and interpret experiments; and apply results to improve processes
• Design Tooling, Molds, components, or processes for efficient Production and Lean Manufacturing.
• Identify, analyze, and solve technical problems
• Apply written, oral, and graphical communication in both technical and non-technical environments.
• Identify and use appropriate technical literature and troubleshooting guides
• Repair or diagnose simple mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment; and determine when to call in the experts.
• Not be afraid to get a little dirty and work in sometimes warm environments
• Function effectively as an important member of a team.
• Maintain a physical presence on production floor with dignity.
• Crouch, bend, reach and able to lift 50-70 lbs.
• Wear proper Personal Protection Equipment where required.
