• Successfully deliver Self-performed construction projects
• Build and drive an infrastructure team to achieve targets, ensuring high quality and optimal use of resources while adhering to best safety practices
• Hire, coach, lead, and develop infrastructure team members and direct reports
• Monitor metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess productivity and cost management and drive continuous improvement through lean practices
• Assess and analyze current practices, enforcing proper material management procedures, and drive improvement
• Partner and coordinate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Facilities, Procurement and other internal departments to resolve issues and concerns
• Support and collaborate with EHS and Finance departments
• Provide proactive and well-designed updates to senior/executive management
• Degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management or related fields is preferred or equivalent experience
• 15 years of experience in large industrial or commercial projects and 5+ years of supervisory/management experience in a large-scale industrial environment
• Hands-on experience with highly complex industrial environments, and a good understanding of standardized processes and know-how in navigating quick paced less standard operations
• Analytical, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to proactively communicate with all employees; works well in a fast-paced multicultural environment
• Experience with process improvement methodologies and a commitment to continuous improvement
• Ability to work well under pressure, manage competing demands, meet tight deadlines with strong follow-through, and use problem-solving methods to efficiently resolve problems
• High-level leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to foster close working relationships with team members and management
