Plaintiff Litigation Associate
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years' experience as a practicing attorney and demonstrated ability to prioritize and proactively manage case deadlines. Expertise in federal court procedures is mandatory, as is experience in independently managing case files and deadlines.
Responsibilities:- Conduct client interviews, review documents, and execute legal research.
- Handle discovery and manage discovery disputes with defense counsel and courts.
- Draft various litigation documents, including complaints and legal memoranda.
- Excellent organizational skills, along with exceptional time management, research, and analytical capabilities.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Team player.
- Experience with case management software is a plus.
