We are seeking an Accounting Clerk to assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general accounting functions. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail and a desire to grow within the accounting field.

Pay Range: $24 - $30 per hour, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

Process accounts payable invoices, verify approvals, and ensure timely payments.
Assist with accounts receivable, including invoicing, payment posting, and reconciliations.
Reconcile vendor statements and research discrepancies.
Prepare deposits and maintain accurate financial records.
Assist with month-end closing tasks, including journal entries and reconciliations.
Provide administrative support to the accounting team as needed.

Qualifications

1-3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred.
Proficiency in Excel (basic formulas, VLOOKUP, pivot tables preferred) and accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage, or similar).
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
