A Venture Capital Firm specializing in early-state and growth state investments is looking for an Operations Associate to join their Finance team. Some Job Duties Include:

• Support Family Office and Venture Capital Firm in preparing of documentation and delivery of invoices to clients.
• Prepare and submit documentation for quarterly reviews.
• Communicate and liaise with other teams as needed.
• Assist with weekly timesheets for employees.
• Manage Beneficial Ownership Reporting and oversee stock communications with brokerages.
• Administer internal trading policy updates and maintain trading window calendars.
• Ensure compliance with AML program requirements.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or operations role in Wealth Management.
• 1 years of experience in accounting/accounts payable
• Proficient in Excel
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, economics or finance
• Some exposure to Venture Capital is a huge plus!
• Willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed
• Great communication skills and a team player!
