We seek a driven fitness enthusiast passionate about helping others achieve their health and fitness goals. The ideal candidate is flexible, a team player, reliable, hardworking, and an outstanding representative of our brand. This part-time position requires weekday and weekend availability.A positive mindset and a strong desire to work in the fitness industry are essential. Preference will be given to candidates with previous work experience in customer service, community events, sales, and/or work experience in the health & fitness industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES
The Assistant Manager is a passionate individual dedicated to helping members and guests enhance their lives through health and fitness. Key responsibilities include:
- Communicating effectively with team members and gym members
- Conducting tours and welcoming customers
- Engaging in community events and activities
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the gym
- Managing membership and training sales
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Handling opening and closing duties
- Managing communications via phone, email, text, and app
- Maintaining a positive attitude and inspiring/motivating others
- Strong desire to work in the health and fitness industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential
- A friendly, outgoing, and warm demeanor
- Genuine and honest personality
- Flexible availability
- Technologically savvy
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Experience in customer service, sales, and the fitness industry is preferred
- Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license to apply
- Competitive pay: $16/hour
- 401k with employer contributions
- Part-time 24+ hours (with the ability to become full-time if a certified fitness trainer)
- Weekday and weekend availability required (Tues 11-7, Thurs 10-6, Fri 10-6, and every other weekend)
