Pay rate: $65-80k, based on skills and experience, with variable compensation - commission.Location: in Jacksonville and Miami
Traveling within Florida as needed

Euro-Wall is seeking highly motivated, results-driven Outside Sales and Business Development Representatives to join our team in the Miami and Jacksonville markets. These roles are essential in driving market growth, building strong relationships with key dealers, architects, and contractors, and increasing brand awareness across the assigned territory.
The ideal candidates will have experience in sales within the door & window category, building materials or construction industry, possess a strong knowledge of the local market, and bring a passion for business development and customer success.
What you will do:
- Market Expansion & Sales Growth
- Drive sales growth by identifying and cultivating current and new dealer partnerships.
- Actively seek and engage with potential business opportunities to expand Euro-Wall’s footprint in the Miami or Jacksonville market.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals by developing and executing a targeted sales strategy.
- Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with current and prospective clients, including dealers, architects, builders, and contractors.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support, acting as the primary point of contact for the assigned territory.
- Coordinate with internal teams, such as technical support, customer service, and marketing, to ensure alignment with client needs.
- Sales Planning & Reporting
- Conduct regular market research and competitive analysis to identify potential growth opportunities.
- Develop and implement sales plans tailored to the Miami or Jacksonville market, focusing on both short-term wins and long-term growth.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, track and report sales activities and outcomes, and adjust strategies as needed.
- Product Expertise & Training
- Maintain a strong understanding of Euro-Wall products, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages, and communicate this effectively to clients.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for prospective clients, highlighting product quality, applications, and unique selling points.
- Provide training and support to dealer partners to help them effectively promote and sell Euro-Wall products.
What you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in outside sales or business development, within the construction, building materials, or architectural industry.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and driving market growth.
- Strong network within the local building materials, construction, and design community (Miami or Jacksonville).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and results oriented.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and virtual presentation tools.

Pay Range: USD $65,000.00 - USD $80,000.00 /Yr.
