Job Description:

• Robotics Manufacturing and Technical Operations (RMTO) is looking for an innovative, customer-obsessed Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join the team in support of business scaling to deliver the next generation of robots.
• The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, relishes having a hand in the future of robotics and is able to adapt and excel in a highly ambiguous environment.
• This role requires a unique combination of engineering know how, problem solving, curiosity, innovation, leadership, and effective communication.
• Looking for someone who can successfully work independently and trouble shoot issues on their own.

Key job responsibilities:

• The TPM for RMTO Data & Analytics responsibilities include:
• Actively support and foster a culture of inclusion
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Business Intelligence Engineers, and Functional Managers to define and deliver analytics tools and insights
• Look for opportunities to simplify and automate redundant processes as well as tools to allow customers to self-educate and self-service data
• Partner with stakeholders to develop a data strategy which will enable the future of AI, CV, and ML capabilities
• Lead technical excellence across the data team raising the quality bar of all output
• Translate the requirements of the business stakeholders into technical requests to the partner technical teams
• Utilize agile methodologies to run sprints to deliver data analytics and enable business insights across the full portfolio of RMTO's services
• Work with partner teams to refine the BI and visualization space across Robotics

Basic qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with PLM, ERP, and/or MES systems.
• Communication, writing and collaboration skills.
• Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools.
• Experience developing and presenting recommendations of new metrics allowing better understanding of the performance of the business.
