Marketing Manager (Freight Forwarding) - Ricoh
POSITION SUMMARY
This Marketing Manager role will support our Business Development team across North, Central and Latin America thru creation and submission of relative contents on Social Media, creation and updating our Corporate Web Site, inbound sales strategy marketing utilizing Social media and/or our freight forwarding software.The primarily objective of Marketing Dept and Marketing Manager is to support Business Development team and Key Account Management team to acquire new businesses or new businesses from existing clients.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES- Manage Company Brochures and Product Lineup.
- Manage Corporate Web and content management.
- Manage Social media and combination of using operating system and/or social media to push contents.
- (If necessary) Joint sales call with Business Development or Key Account Manager to gain first hand knowledge from front line.
- Articulate the internal issues, study, and present solution to the team for further improvement of our overall company.
- Investigate market intelligence thru multiple channels, such as competitors, market trends, pricing, vendors, clients, etc, and keep close communication with Marketing department.
- Creative plan and initiative to bring our organization suitable to our existing and prospective clients
QUALIFICATIONS/CONDITIONS
EDUCATIONAL
Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Digital Marketing), or equivalent combination of education and work experience will be considered in lieu of educational requirement
Completion of any industry related course is an asset
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Extensive marketing background with freight forwarding knowledge.
