Sr. Software Engineer

Robert Half is seeking a motivated and innovative Sr. Full-Stack Web Developer to join our client's team, located in Charlotte, NC, with the flexibility to work hybrid (3 days on site). This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with a skilled group of developers and play a key role in enhancing both desktop and mobile experiences for a long-standing client that has been operating for nearly 70 years in the Charlotte market.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the entire team to develop and deliver a high-quality product and exceptional user experience.
• Advocate for best practices in development and contribute to the ongoing evolution of our technology stack.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in mobile and web development.
• Act as a user advocate, ensuring the best possible experience across all platforms.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience with Laravel or similar PHP frameworks.
• 3+ years of experience with Vue.js or other comparable JavaScript frameworks.
• Proficiency in AWS services such as CloudFront, Lambda, S3, etc. is a nice to have.
• Strong experience with MySQL is desired.
• Deep understanding of design patterns and development best practices.
• 1+ years of experience operating as a team lead, mentor, or similar support role for small development teams.
• Ability to work closely with design and business teams to scope, develop, and deliver projects on time.
