SALARY IS DEPENDENT UPON THE CANDIDATE’S SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONSSALARY RANGE: $115K - $135K
HIGH END OF THE SALARY RANGE IS CONSIDERED FOR THOSE WHO EXCEED QUALIFICATIONS IN A REQUIRED AREA

Soft Tech Consulting is seeking a highly motivated, self-directed individual to fill the role of a Business Analyst for one of our clients. The designated candidate for this position will join a collaborative team environment, providing support and expertise necessary toward the successful delivery of the project deliverables and provide effective communication to all levels of staff for reporting status/progress.
Responsibilities:
- Understand client business needs and requirements
- Understand the current system and how it functions
- Assist in design and development of applications based on business requirement
- Upgrade and modify applications per business needs
- Create manual and automated test scenarios, and test the system accurately by the appropriate deadlines
- Assist in preparing project plan and technical and functional specifications
- Identify and troubleshoot issues in a timely fashion
- Ensure that project deliverables meet business requirements and ensure to complete project within assigned timelines
- Provide support in system testing and bug fixing activities
- Be available for migrations (during non-standard business hours)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in any related field
- Minimum of 3 years related experience
- Experience with Business Requirements Analysis
- Experience with Agile Planning
- Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbal and written.
- Must be able to work independently, with minimal oversight.
- Able to develop strong client relationships.
