My client is a construction management, planning, and design build firm that has been in business for over 100 years. They have an impressive reputation in New England, handling a variety of projects, focusing on new construction/ ground up and interiors/ renovations.

They are a design build firm, so they are a one stop shop for any clients needs! They are very actively looking to hire a Superintendent as they have a full pipeline of projects throughout MA.

Job Description

The Superintendent will be responsible for:

Site management and coordination
supervising all on-site activities, including managing subs, labor crews, and materials
Coordinating with project managers, architects, engineers, and inspectors
Develop, monitor, and adjust the project schedule to ensure timely completion of each phase
Conduct regular inspections to ensure construction meets quality standards and project specifications
Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies

The Successful Applicant

The Superintendent will have:

5+ years in a Superintendent position in the construction industry
Experience with Interiors/ Renovations, Ground Up is a plus
Experience with Pro-core and other related construction softwares
Bachelors Degree in Construction Management or other related field
Experience with teamwork, communication, and organization
Hold MA-CSL and OSHA certifications
