Job Description- Conduct thorough financial analyses to evaluate manufacturing costs, operational efficiency, and profitability.
- Lead the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasts, collaborating with production and operational teams.
- Analyze production costs and recommend strategies for cost reduction and process improvements.
- Prepare and present detailed financial reports, including monthly performance reviews and variance analyses.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and project evaluations.
- Perform financial modeling and ad hoc analyses to assess the impact of new projects or capital expenditures.
- Identify and implement best practices in financial reporting and analysis to enhance efficiency.

The Successful Applicant- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or relevant certification (CFA, CMA) preferred.
- 4+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting tools (Excel, ERP systems).
- Knowledge of manufacturing cost structures and financial metrics.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills for presenting financial information to diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
