Mobile Device Support Technician - MDST25-20455

Location: Quincy, MA (Hybrid)

Job Summary:

This position involves technical support, troubleshooting, deployment, and collaboration with service vendors to maintain an efficient mobility environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Tier I-III mobile device support via phone, email, remote access, and occasional on-site troubleshooting.
• Support new and ongoing mobility projects, including device migrations and equipment upgrades.
• Enforce mobile device policies and procedures within the EMM environment.
• Deploy and support approved applications from the EMM catalog.
• Collaborate with service vendors to ensure high-quality support and service.
• Maintain system security and compliance, addressing any identified issues.
• Document system configurations, user guides, and EMM continuity plans.
• Participate in team meetings and status updates, contributing insights into next-generation EMM services.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in IT Asset Management, IT Support, IT Service Delivery, or IT Business Analysis in a large enterprise environment.
• Strong expertise with Microsoft O365.
• 1-3 years of experience with MDM, EMM, and UEM solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft InTune, VMware Workspace One (AirWatch), and Apple Business Manager.
• Familiarity with carrier portals for telecommunications.
• Proficiency in iOS and Android device management.
• Strong customer service, collaboration, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload priorities effectively.

Education & Certifications:

• Associate’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent combination of education and experience (preferred).
• Mobility Platform Certifications in Microsoft InTune or VMware Workspace One/AirWatch (preferred).
