Position:

Title: Senior Enterprise Marketing Manager

Location: Home Remote MA, ( Metro Boston) and NC ( Metro Raleigh /Durham) East Coast Preferred

We are looking for an outstanding Account-Based marketer to lead personalized marketing efforts and deepen our engagement with our most strategic accounts. You will take on a pivotal role in building and executing highly personalized marketing strategies for our most important accounts.

What you will do:

  • Develop and execute customized ABM strategies for strategic enterprise accounts and clusters of accounts, focusing on personalized experiences that align with account-specific goals and challenges.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify and map key stakeholders within target accounts, understanding their individual pain points and objectives.
  • Create tailor-made content and campaigns that directly address the needs and interests of target accounts.
  • Implement a multi-channel approach to engage and nurture target accounts, ensuring that each interaction is relevant and meaningful.
  • Continuously analyze data and account engagement metrics to refine and optimize personalized marketing initiatives.
  • Create and drive internal campaign review process with a cross-functional account team, including sales, presales, partner, and customer success teams.
  • Connect the dots between 1:1, 1:Few, 1:Many, and Field Marketing activities to deliver the best customer experience for strategic accounts.
  • Foster relationships with key stakeholders, nurturing them into brand advocates who champion our products and services.
  • Create comprehensive reports on the effectiveness of ABM initiatives, including pipeline contribution and ROI for individual accounts.

What makes you an ideal candidate:

  • Demonstrated experience planning and executing 1:1 ABM marketing strategies for a SaaS business, targeting large enterprise customers.
  • Exceptional data analysis skills, capable of extracting actionable insights from complex datasets.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and ABM tools (e.g. Demandbase).
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and creativity to develop personalized experiences.
  • Proven ability to work alongside sales teams and build successful cross-functional relationships.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and drive results.
