Full-Time Mental Health Counselor Needed – Remote, California

Employment Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess family and individual needs, connecting them with suitable services.
• Handle crisis situations involving mental health, trauma, or addiction.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver holistic care.
• Maintain accurate and organized client records.

Annual Pay: $110,000–$130,000 + full benefits

Requirements

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field
• Licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist in the state of California
• Proven experience in providing counseling services to a diverse clientele.
