IT Director

We are in search of an IT Director to join our team. This role involves leading the IT department's operations, strategizing and implementing IT solutions, and collaborating with department leaders to ensure technology aligns with our core business functions.
The IT Director will also maintain relationships with IT service providers to ensure consistent performance of business applications.
Responsibilities- Guide strategic planning, design, and management of operations within the IT department.
- Advocate, craft, and implement cost-efficient tech solutions that cater to the organization's needs.
- Collaborate with other department leaders to identify and recommend technology solutions.
- Manage the Information Technology support team, overseeing daily workflow and performance evaluations.
- Provide technical guidance for business applications, infrastructure, and data management.
- Maintain relationships with IT service providers to ensure consistent performance of business applications.
- Lead a team of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and developers, supervising day-to-day activities for effective support and development of CRM applications.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's IT infrastructure.
- Develop and oversee strategies for cloud and on-premise optimization.
- Ensure robust data security practices and implement risk management and disaster recovery protocols.
- Coordinate system and user testing for application solutions, including upgrades, and proactively address issues and deficiencies in custom application configuration.
- Foster strategic relationships with internal IT resources and external partners.
- Must hold a minimum of 10 years of experience in an IT leadership role.
- Proficient in Cisco Technologies.
- Demonstrated expertise in Cloud Technologies.
- Experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is required.
- Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning.
- Knowledge of ERP Solutions is essential.
- Proven experience in Backup Technologies.
- Proficient in Computer Hardware.
- Experience in managing Contracts.
- Demonstrated expertise in Deployments.
- Deskside Support experience is required.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Superior problem-solving abilities and strong decision-making skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is required.
- Relevant certifications in IT and management would be advantageous.
