Tax Analyst/Manager/Director

You will also be responsible for all aspects of tax accounting related to quarterly and annual reporting for insurance and non-insurance entities based on applicable accounting methods.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare federal and state income tax-related filings for insurance and non-insurance entities
• Handle tax accounting for quarterly and annual reporting for insurance and non-insurance entities
• Conduct tax accounting based on US GAAP and National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) statutory accounting
• Use CCH Sales Tax, Compliance software, CorpTax Software, and Accounting Functions for various tasks
• Perform Auditing and Compliance duties
• Manage Income Tax Accounting, IRS, Corporate Tax Compliance, and Corporate Tax Return tasks
• Utilize skills in 'CCH Sales Tax', 'Compliance software', 'CorpTax Software', 'Accounting Functions', 'Auditing', 'Compliance', 'Income Tax Accounting', 'IRS', 'Corporate Tax Compliance', 'Corporate Tax Return' to fulfill job duties.
• Proficiency in using CCH Sales Tax software for tax calculations and compliance
• Familiarity with Compliance software and its application in the insurance industry
• Experience with CorpTax Software and its use in corporate tax computations
• Solid understanding of Accounting Functions and their application in the insurance industry
• Proven experience in Auditing, specifically within the life insurance industry
• Strong knowledge of Compliance requirements and procedures in the life insurance industry
• Demonstrated skills in Income Tax Accounting, particularly in the context of life insurance
• Familiarity with IRS regulations and guidelines relevant to the insurance industry
• Experience in Corporate Tax Compliance within the life insurance industry
• Proficiency in preparing and submitting Corporate Tax Returns for a life insurance company.
