Job Description- Lead and oversee quality operations to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Manage and enhance quality systems, including audits, risk assessments, and documentation processes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize product quality and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve quality issues and implement best practices.
- Provide strategic leadership and guidance to the quality team, aligning with organizational goals.
- Oversees and directs incoming, outgoing, and in-process quality assurance activities.
- Ensure processes are compliant with internal and external requirements
- Formulate and maintain quality assurance objectives, policies and goals
- Develop and analyze statistical data and product specifications

The Successful Applicant- Bachelor's degree in a related field, with advanced degrees preferred.

- Proven leadership skills with a track record of managing quality teams and driving operational excellence.
- Expertise in audits, risk management, process validation, and continuous improvement methodologies.
