Job Description
  • Lead and oversee quality operations to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage and enhance quality systems, including audits, risk assessments, and documentation processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize product quality and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve quality issues and implement best practices.
  • Provide strategic leadership and guidance to the quality team, aligning with organizational goals.
  • Oversees and directs incoming, outgoing, and in-process quality assurance activities.
  • Ensure processes are compliant with internal and external requirements
  • Formulate and maintain quality assurance objectives, policies and goals
  • Develop and analyze statistical data and product specifications

The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, with advanced degrees preferred.
  • Extensive experience in quality management within regulated industries such as medical devices or pharmaceuticals.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO standards, FDA regulations, and global quality systems.
  • Proven leadership skills with a track record of managing quality teams and driving operational excellence.
  • Expertise in audits, risk management, process validation, and continuous improvement methodologies.
