About the Role
We’re seeking a skilled and motivated marketing professional to craft impactful campaigns, create engaging content, and elevate our brand presence. To succeed in this role, you’ll need a deep understanding of Central Florida’s theme parks, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to think creatively while staying detail-oriented.
Orlando Informer is a small, nimble, remote-first company, so you’ll gain experience across multiple business facets.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the team to develop and execute impactful marketing campaigns that drive business goals.
- Write and design emails that align with Orlando Informer’s brand identity and resonate with our audience.
- Assist in creating digital advertisements across various platforms, ensuring effectiveness and brand consistency.
- Research and document industry marketing trends and social media advertising best practices.
- Gather and utilize consumer insights to inform marketing materials and strategies.
- Craft unique, compelling copy that highlights product offerings and drives conversions.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and create reports to measure campaign success.
- Coordinate and communicate internally and externally to ensure seamless project execution.
- Support our mission to provide personalized communication and experiences for each guest.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- This is a remote position, but candidates must reside in Florida with the ability to frequently visit Central Florida theme parks.
- Regular working hours are 9 AM – 6 PM; occasional nights and weekends may be required based on business needs.
- A degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, Communications, or a related field is required.
- At least three years of marketing experience, ideally within the travel industry.
- Proficiency with tools like MailChimp, Canva, and Buffer.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Central Florida’s theme parks.
