Responsibilities:
Reyes Fleet Management is seeking a 1st Shift Facilities Maintenance Technician Trainee to help with repairs and racking maintenance throughout the faclity located in Manassas, VA.
Shift: Full-Time l Monday-Friday-1st ShiftPay: $23.00-$26.00 based on experience and qualifications

Position Responsibilities:
- The Facilities Maintenance Technician Trainee works alongside maintenance technicians to perform preventative maintenance that meets regulations, including mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting on building equipment
- You will be responsible for remodeling and refurbishing interior and exterior property while keeping areas clean and organized
- Facilities Maintenance Technician Trainees monitor and maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and parts inventory
- This role also uses a variety of hand and power tools to complete maintenance and repair tasks, including operating a forklift to assist in heavy lifting maintenance procedures and repairs
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Required Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree with 1 plus years of related experience
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to frequently lift 50 pounds and occasionally lift 100 pounds
- Must have a valid Driver’s License
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Technical School Certification
