Job Type: ContractDuration: 1 year
Job Description- Lead and manage large-scale, multi-year investment management data and analytics programs while balancing scope, time, cost, and quality.
- Drive the development of product definitions and roadmaps in partnership with the product management team.
- Structure and manage integrated projects and programs to achieve expected business results.
- Oversee the product increment lifecycle and manage associated Agile ceremonies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leadership and key stakeholders, providing regular updates on status and issues.
- Clarify and communicate project objectives, success criteria, and deliverables effectively.
- Collaborate with eFront and Aladdin Data Engineering and Product teams to ensure alignment with business needs.
- Mobilize, manage, and mentor teams to execute against project plans efficiently.
- Lead both business and technical design phases, ensuring smooth execution of project milestones.
- Manage multi-disciplinary teams, including technology, UX, and product teams, in an Agile and Iterative Development environment.
- Drive the adoption of Scaled Agile practices across global teams and ensure alignment with methodologies such as SaFE, LeSS, and Nexus.

The Successful Applicant- 10+ years of experience in investment management, financial data analytics, or data governance.
- Proven experience managing large-scale, global programs and cross-functional teams.
- Strong expertise in business process analysis, design, and implementation.
- In-depth understanding of alternative investments and the financial services domain.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate objectives and influence stakeholders.
- Experience working with eFront, Aladdin, or similar financial data platforms.
- Strong technical aptitude, with an understanding of data acquisition, transformation, distribution, and governance.
- Ability to work with global, distributed teams across multiple time zones.
- Strong problem-solving skills, curiosity, and ability to ask tough questions.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Certified in Scaled Agile methodologies such as SaFE, LeSS, or Nexus (highly preferred).
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with risk analytics models, post-trade KPI tracking, and ESG data products.
- Strong knowledge of project management frameworks and Agile best practices.
- Experience managing data products in a financial services environment.
- Nexus, SaFE, or LeSS.
