HR Generalist

We are looking for a HR Generalist to join our team in Riverview, Florida. As part of our team, your role will primarily involve managing employee relations, compliance, benefits administration, and workers' compensation.

• Ensure compliance with labor regulations and implement HR policies
• Handle employee relations, addressing demands, grievances, or other issues effectively
• Oversee the administration of benefits, including open enrollment periods
• Take ownership of end-to-end management of workers' compensation, escalating only major issues as necessary
• Assist with recruitment and onboarding activities as needed
• Provide support for payroll processes when required
• Carry out administrative duties as needed in the HR department
• Maintain a strong expertise in workers' compensation management
• Use your skills in ADP
• Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, ATS
• Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Ceridian, Dayforce, Benefit Functions, Communication, Compliance, Employee Relations, FMLA to perform your duties effectively.
• Proficiency in ADP
• Financial Services is mandatory
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now is required
• Knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode is a necessity
• Familiarity with Ceridian software is expected
• Capability to use Dayforce is essential
• Understanding of Benefit Functions is crucial
• Excellent Communication skills are indispensable
• Demonstrable experience in Compliance is needed
• Strong Employee Relations skills are key
• Familiarity with FMLA is required
