Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various platforms (job boards, social media, networking) to identify and attract qualified candidates.
- Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and fit for the company culture.
- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process, providing timely communication and feedback.
- Job Postings: Create and manage job postings on company website and external job boards.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and generate reports on recruitment metrics.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to enhance the hiring process.
- Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
