Project Manager

We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a Project Manager in the engineering industry. This position is primarily based in Orlando, Florida. As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and rectifying issues related to our enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, NetSuite.

• Oversee the rectification of data implementation issues in our ERP system, NetSuite
• Ensure the proper utilization of NetSuite's Advanced Revenue Management module
• Manage the transition of project setups from Quickbooks to NetSuite, ensuring detail-oriented implementation
• Collaborate closely with the accounting team to understand the workflow and implement necessary changes
• Act as a critical thinker, solving problems related to data migration and system implementation
• Contribute to the integration of additional companies into our NetSuite system
• Communicate effectively with various teams to ensure smooth operations
• Take the initiative to delve into data-related tasks as and when required
• Assist in maintaining an accrual-based accounting system
• Ensure all actions taken align with the company's focus on accuracy over cost.
• Proven experience in a Project Manager role or similar.
• Proficient in using CRM tools for client relationship management.
• Demonstrated knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems.
• Exceptional communication skills; both written and verbal.
• Experience with NetSuite is a must.
• Proficiency in NetSuite Advanced Revenue Management is preferred.
• Strong ability to lead and manage project teams effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make informed decisions quickly.
• Proven track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
• PMP or similar certification would be a plus.
