education: Bachelors

• Develop financial models and analysis in order to support strategic initiatives.
• Plan, coordinate and execute an annual budget.
• Provide monthly financial reports to all budget owners, including variance analysis.
• Maintain an updated financial outlook.
• Evaluate cost trends and variances.
• Work cross functionally to drive process improvements and automation.
• Develop and maintain user-friendly procedures, guidelines, and documentation for supervisors across all departments.
• Improve performance by evaluating processes to drive efficiencies.
• Set up journal entries to account for expenses incurred in the month and perform reconciliations for general ledger accounts.
• Coordinate closely with SVP Finance and c-suite level team to review projections, budgets and historical results; set deadlines, templates, reporting requirements.
• Perform other job-related duties and special projects as requested.
