Inside Machinist
Description:
Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Inside Machinists for projects located in Chesapeake, VA. This is an opportunity with multiple shifts available and the pay rate is up to $29/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
- Manufacture and make repairs per instructions and/or drawings
- Operate all machine shop equipment
- Operate overhead cranes and perform rigging
- Perform incoming and outgoing inspections
- Properly fill out all paperwork
Requirements:
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid drivers license
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience operating milling machines, lathes, boring mills, and grinders
- Must have ability to work with extremely close tolerances
