Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in all stages of general litigation processes in both state and federal courts.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Perform comprehensive legal research and due diligence to support case preparation.
• Develop litigation strategies, and effectively communicate with clients and opposing counsels.
• Attend court proceedings, mediations, depositions, and trials.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and stay abreast of current industry changes.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing of the California State Bar.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Litigation Attorney.
• Proficient in legal research tools and litigation software.
• Excellent legal writing, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Capability to work effectively in a hybrid working structure.
