Relay Driver products within Middle Mile Technology is the face of Amazon to a vast network of drivers globally, providing unified mobile experiences guiding them through their workday. As a Sr Business Analyst, you will be responsible for all metrics and modeling of driver segmentation, feature usage, and behavioral profiling.You will work closely with engineering teams, product owners and experience designers on new feature launches to develop new metrics, understand behavior and analyze performance. You will serve a key role in launching and optimizing groundbreaking features at warp speed, reflecting Amazon's customer obsession.
This position requires strong skills in seeking and using data to solve complex problems, innovative thinking to bring clarity to ambiguous scenarios, and visual analytics competencies to "story-tell with data". This position also requires significant cross functional work with engineering, transportation operations and UX.Successful candidates should be curious, self-sufficient and able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key job responsibilities
Responsibilities:- Develop metrics, KPIs on product and feature usage
- Develop models and frameworks for segmentation and behavior
- Perform complex data analysis to identify opportunities to improve adoption and streamline experience
- Develop and own recurring and ad-hoc business intelligence projects using Tableau
- Develop standardized metrics to evaluate and benchmark, helping to set attainable goals
- Communicate complex insights to stakeholders, visually, verbally and in writing.
A day in the life
You will work with engineering, PMs and UX on new features and guide them on ways to track success. You will design consistent data approaches that will simplify engineering design. You will work with product owners to design metrics to measure adoption, usage and performance.You will own weekly business reviews of essential metrics at product and feature level, and lead the team in diagnosing problems, identifying opportunities and developing insights.
About the team
The Relay Driver Products team within Middle Mile Technology develops technology to orchestrate work for drivers in 35 countries and 24 languages. We provide features that guide their trips, yard interactions, and on-the-road navigation. We also invest in features and intelligence that keep them safe and compliant with regulations.- 3+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience- 5+ years of Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots, etc.) and data visualization tools such as Tableau experience
- 3+ years of business or financial analysis experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
- Experience with Excel
- Experience with SQL
- Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders- Master's degree in business or analytical discipline
