Position:
A Private Advisor team within our Rockefeller Global Family Office business is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to enhance client engagement and support operational efficiencies. This is a newly created role designed to ensure a personalized experience for the team’s clients.In this role, you will be client facing and a valued key member of the team. The team is growing and seeking someone who shares our values and growth mindset.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in scheduling, calendar, and email management
- Manage client relationships in alignment with our service model
- Client onboarding and maintenance that includes updating detailed client profile information in our CRM system, client files and other technology solutions
- Support other financial advisors and team members in the day-to-day operations by wearing multiple hats and handling both big and small tasks
- Send reports and agenda for client meetings
- Ensure timely client communication, including answering and responding to phone calls and emails
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of client service processes and the client experience
- Support marketing initiatives that may include client events, social media, mail and email
- As the business grows and your skills and experience develop, additional responsibilities may be assigned
Qualifications:
- BA/BS Degree
- 2+ years of experience in the industry preferred
- Series 7 & 66 strongly preferred, or willing to obtain
- Methodical and process-oriented, attention to detail
- Desire to provide high quality work and client satisfaction
- Ability to multitask, take direction, and brainstorm with team members
- Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-starter who can work independently, is proactive, knows how to prioritize and has high standards
- Strong client focus with the ability to proactively seek solutions
- Strong personal ethics and moral code
Compensation Range:
The anticipated base salary range for this role is $65,000 to $75,000. Base salary for the role will depend on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and may fall outside of the range shown.In addition, this role may be eligible for other variable compensation programs.
