Senior Consultant Strategic Risk, Marsh Advisory

An outstanding opportunity is now available for an experienced Senior Consultant to join our Advisory team at Marsh. The successful applicant will lead Work Health and Safety (WHS) and Enterprise Risk Management (Risk) engagements with a diverse range of clients.
This role will be suited to a self-starter who can provide clients with high quality WHS and Risk solutions whilst actively developing the Marsh Advisory consulting practice in South Australia.

We will count on you to:
Research, plan and deliver WHS and Risk engagements focussed on building capacity and maturity in our clients organisations.
Develop sustainable solutions that enhance the management of WHS and Risk and deliver these in a range of formats including training, workshops, reports, presentations and webinars.
Deliver WHS and Risk projects to a high standard, within agreed budgets and timeframes.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with a diverse range of clients and provide high quality outcomes that create opportunities for future business.
Actively generate new opportunities for growth of the Marsh Advisory consulting practice in South Australia.
Expand your knowledge in emerging WHS and Risk trends and subject matter.
Actively share your knowledge and skills with the wider team to facilitate overall and ongoing team capability improvement.
Travel safely to client sites across South Australia to deliver training, workshops and other aspects of client engagements.
What you need to have:
5+ years experience in WHS and/or Risk, preferably in a consulting role.
Tertiary qualification in WHS and/or Risk (or other relevant discipline) is desirable.
A commitment to outstanding client service and continuous improvement.
South Australian C Class drivers licence (or equivalent) and a willingness to travel within South Australia on a regular basis.
Excellent project management skills.
