Summary:
SUMMARY
The Hybrid Technician B provides equipment and manufacturing support. This involves installing equipment, picking up and delivering parts, and calibrating equipment. This is a second shift position.
Responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Maintain production equipment in accordance with calibration schedules
- Pick up and deliver parts and equipment as required
- Report issues to leadership including issues resolved, equipment repair and adjustments made
- Monitor, troubleshoot and validate circuits to specifications
- Perform all work in accordance with established safety procedures
- Handle product and equipment to meet quality standards
- Perform manual and automatic testing. Perform laser trim on circuits
- Aid in installation of equipment and equipment, installation and setup of manufacturing equipment.
Qualifications:
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a related field.
- Proficient with the use of test equipment, DVM, Oscilloscopes, ect.
- Experience in substrate Thermal probing, passive and active thick film resistor trim.
- Demonstrated knowledge of electrical theory
- Working knowledge of curve traces
- Troubleshooting experience using assembly drawings and schematics.
- This position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by either ITAR or EAR U.S. export laws. As a condition to this job offer, in order to be employed in this position, you must be able to obtain an U.S. Government export license(s), as required by law.
- Hourly Rate: $32.15 This is a union position.
- This position is eligible for a 15% second shift differential.
