Human Resources (HR) Assistant

We are seeking a diligent Human Resources (HR) Assistant to support our HR team. As an HR Assistant, your role will involve managing our HRMS, maintaining digital employee records, and processing various employment transitions. Responsibilities:

• Oversee the HRMS and ensure its optimal use and efficiency.
• Maintain digital databases of employee records, ensuring the accuracy of information and compliance.
• Process various employment transitions, including new permanent staff, promotions, merit increments, and separations.
• Collaborate with the HR team to align HR initiatives with organizational goals.
• Utilize ADP Workforce Now and Sage Software for HR administration tasks.
• Conduct audits to ensure compliance and accuracy of HR functions.
• Support in conducting orientations for permanent staff, contributing to a seamless onboarding process.
• Manage HRIS - Human Resources Info Systems to streamline HR processes.
• Deliver exceptional customer service when resolving employee inquiries.
• Perform HR administration tasks, contributing to the smooth running of the HR department. • Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now
• Familiarity with HRMS (Human Resources Management System)
• Experience in auditing
• Understanding of benefit functions
• Strong customer service skills
